Q: What time does it start? What time does it end?

A: We start selling tickets at 5:00pm, and continue selling tickets until 7:45pm. We’ll stay open until the last person exits Santa’s Work Shop, but no tickets are sold after 7:45pm.

Q: How many activities are there?

A: Santa’s Village Cape Cod consists of a Tractor Ride through the Forest of Lights, a tour of Santa’s Workshop, and a visit with Santa Claus.

Q: How much does it cost to get in?

A: Admission is $7.50 for adults, $5.00 for children 12& under.

Q: Are there “Group Rates”?

A: There are no group rates available at this time.

Q: Do we need to buy tickets in advance?

A: No, tickets are available for purchase at our ticket booth.

Q: Do you accept Credit Cards or Checks?

A: Checks are accepted and should be made payable to “Falmouth Entertainment Group”. We do not accept credit cards.

Q: Where do I park?

A: You will drive your car to the rear of farm via the access road that is 200’ to the left of the farm stand. Our parkers will safely guide you to a secure parking space.

Q: Can we go through the attractions as many times as we want?

A: Each ticket allows the customer to go through each attraction once.

Q: How long does each activity take?

A: The Tractor Ride through the Forest of Lights lasts approximately 7 minutes, and Santa’s Workshop takes 5 -7 minutes to walk through (not counting your visit with Santa).

Q: How long will I have to wait in line?

A: The wait to get onto the Tractor Ride could be up to 45 minutes. The wait to get into Santa’s Workshop could be up to 15 minutes. The wait to see Santa Claus could be up to 15 minutes.

Q: Is Santa’s Village Cape Cod a religious event?

A: Santa’s Village Cape Cod is not associated with any church or religious organization, nor do we have any religion-themed scenes at our attraction.

Q: What age group is this appropriate for?

A: Santa’s Village Cape Cod is geared towards children aged 2 to 10 years old, and everyone who believes in Santa.

Q: Are the activities heated?

A: No, so please dress your children (and yourself) appropriately! The tractor ride is an “open air” ride, so take precautions for the wind chill factor.

Q: Are strollers allowed?

A: Due to the rough terrain of the farm, strollers are not recommended. Strollers are not allowed on the Tractor Ride or in Santa’s Workshop.

Q: Is the attraction handicapped accessible?

A: Our tractor ride is not wheelchair accessible. Santa’s Workshop is handicapped accessible; however you must maneuver through some rough terrain to get inside. Each handicapped customer must be accompanied by a non-handicapped adult. Please make arrangements at our ticket booth.

Q: Are you open if it rains?

A: We may be forced to cancel our event due to rain. Customers may call our weather hotline at (508) 527-0189 after 4pm to see if we are closed.

Q: Are you open if it snows?

A: Yes! But always call our weather hotline just to be certain (508) 527-0189.

Q: If we have other questions, can we just call Tony Andrews’s Farm?

A: The staff at Andrews’ Farm is not directly involved with the running of Santa’s Village Cape Cod. Please do not call the farm stand for information.

Q: Can I smoke at the event?

A: There is NO SMOKING allowed on the farm at any time. This will be strictly enforced. If you must smoke, you will need to return to inside your car to do so.

Q: Is Santa’s Village Cape Cod affiliated with any other “Santa’s Village” theme parks?

A: No, Santa’s Village Cape Cod is independently owned and operated.
